Free Shipping

We are happy to provide free UPS ground all U.S. orders over $75. Orders under $75 are charged a flat $6.95 fee, unless the order is unusually heavy, in which case you will be notified of any additional charges.

International Orders

At present, we do not ship orders internationally.

Returns

We are very confident that our vitamins, minerals and herbs will meet and surpass your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your order within 30 days from the date of shipment for a full refund or exchange (less shipping and handling charges).

Returning Your Order

Please follow these steps to return or exchange your product(s):

1. Contact Customer Service and request a Return Authorization Code for your order number.
   
2. Print the Return Form, and fill it out completely. Please write your Return Authorization Code on the return form and on the outside of the shipping box.
   
3. Send your item(s), original packing materials, return form, and original invoice to us by an insured courier (UPS or Registered Mail) and retain the tracking number for your records. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.
   
4. After we receive your package, our Quality Assurance Department will verify the condition and authenticity of the returned item(s).
   
5. A refund or customer credit (for exchanges) will be issued within 10 business days. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
